Area hotels offering discounted Southern Equine Expo rate
List coming in early 2025. When making your reservations note each hotel as different cut-off dates and cancellation policies. Most hotels will honor the Southern Equine Expo block rate after the cutoff date if rooms are still available. There are several other hotels in the area, these are the hotels with a guarantee block of rooms.

- 67 sites with 30 amp service
- 50 sites with 50 amp service
- Onsite sewer dump station
- Restrooms with showers are available in the barns.
- All sites are on gravel
Rates
- 30 amp sites $60/night
- 50 amp service $60/night
- Dry camping (No electricity or water) $35/night
Payment and reservations
- Check-in: 12:00 PM Noon on February 20, 2025 (special pricing for early arrivals)
- 50% deposit required to reserve camping spot
- cancel by February 10, 2025 to receive full refund (minus processing fee)
- No deposit refund after February 19, 2025
- Balance due upon arrival
- 3.5% credit card fee
- Assignment of sites bases on:
- clinicians and vendors
- if stalling horses
- first come first serve
- number of night
- Must provide own water hose and electrical plugs and adaptors
- Southern Equine Expo is not any damage due to weather, electrical surges, water or plumbing issues
- Departure: no later than 10:00 AM February 24, 2025
