During Theresa Mottola’s 27 year career providing marketing, public relations and business development to organizations in the nonprofit, healthcare and political sectors. For the past three years, with her partner Michael, she has turned those skills and experiences to focus on the equine industry. Theresa has been hands-on in the growth of Lucky Star Horsemanship into a national brand, developing corporate partnerships and helping establish and growing it annually. Theresa holds a BA in Political Science and Communication from Marist College. In addition to her role with United Way and Vice President, she has been the Public Relations Director for a regional hospital system, Marketing and Events coordinator for a statewide industry lobbying organization and worked for the New York State Senate. She has also graduated from several leadership programs including:  Pattern for Progress Fellowship Program & Leadership Dutchess.
