Description: Ken shows techniques for teaching your horse to stay consistently at the speed you choose.
Rider Requirements: Riders wanting more control of their horse at the lope for a more comfortable ride. Horses must be able to walk, trot and lope (canter) under saddle. Only one horse needed. Cost $75
Sunday: Whoa Means Whoa- Creating the Perfect Stop
Description: Teaching your horse to stop no matter what-Creating the perfect stop
Horse Requirements: Ken will use a horse that is already started under saddle and the rider would like to see their horse improve their stop. This can be just for safety on the trail, to building on and mastering a sliding stop for a show situation. Cost $75/horse
Sunday: Overcoming the Spook
Description: Ken will likely start on the ground and work the horse progressing into the saddle and using obstacles helps a horse overcome its fears.
Horse Requirements: Ken will use one horse that can be a “problem” horse or simply a horse that tends to be spooky under saddle going down the trail and needs confidence and courage built. Cost Only need one horse. $75/horse
The Art of Ranch Riding
Description: Ranch Riding promotes a soft, willingly guided, versatile horse. In this clinic we will talk about different exercises you can do to create a great ranch horse both in the show pen and outside of it. We will also talk about what the judge is looking for and how you can improve your scores.
Requirements: Riders who are interested in Ranch Riding or already showing in it. $50/rider

Description: Learn the exercises that we use to create a solid foundation in any horse. These exercises are the fundamental building blocks in any discipline. We will work on guiding, speed control, and relaxation with your horse as well as talk about the training stages.
Requirements: Riders wanting to learn how to take his/her horse to the next level by building a more solid foundation. $50/horse
A Connected Mind from the Ground to Saddle
Description: Learn the power of mental connection and its role in a meaningful relationship with your horse.
Requirements: rider can walk, trot, and canter and has some experience doing groundwork. Neatly attired, good for both English and Western riders. cost $40/Rider
Keys to Trail Riding Success
Description: Essential skills for the horse and rider team.
Requirements: Rider that can walk, trot, and canter on their horse and has trail ridden or has trail goals. Neatly attired, can ride English or Western. cost $50/rider
Friday: Rider Biomechanics – Seat & Position for all Disciplines
Description: How to fix & test proper riding position for riders of all disciplines.
Requirements: Riders need to wear a helmet. Can be English’s or Western but needs to have a bit. Any level of rider is ok for the clinic, and it is ok for have mixed experienced levels. For this clinic would prefer horses that are not too hot as I will be doing some position testing. Cost $30/rider
Saturday: Rider Biomechanics – Jumping Position.
Description: How to fix & test a balanced/secure jumping position.
Requirements: Riders should be comfortable with jumping small fences to 2’3″ or 2’6″ at a trot and canter. Cost $40/rider
Sunday: Lateral Work Made Easy.
Description: Clinic will start by reviewing position and testing. Learn how to do lateral work in an easier way that will allow you achieve a better partnership with your horse.
Requirements: Can have western dressage and classical dressage riders. Riders must wear helmet and have bridles with bits. Riders can be currently schooling lateral work or ready to start learning. cost: $40/rider
